1.1 Account Creation: You must be 18+ and provide accurate info. We may reject accounts at our discretion. One account per person/business.

1.2 Account Responsibilities: You’re responsible for passwords, security, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for book promotion purposes only.

2.2 Certain Restrictions: No scraping, reverse engineering, or using bots. Don’t circumvent security or access non-public areas.

2.3 Spam Restrictions: If “BookPandaa” is a feature, no spam, mass messaging, or automated posting without approval.

2.4 Modification: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

2.5 No Support, Maintenance, or Availability Obligations: Site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime, support, or error-free operation.

2.6 Ownership: We own all site code, design, trademarks, and content except User Content. No rights transferred to you.

3.1 User Content: Includes book covers, blurbs, author bios, ads, and other materials you submit.

3.2 License: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to provide promotion services.

3.3 Acceptable Uses Policy: No illegal, plagiarized, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors. No false claims about books.

3.4 Feedback: Any feedback you give us may be used without compensation or obligation to you.

3.5 Enforcement: We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

4.1 Non-Recurring Purchase: One-time promo packages are billed upfront and start after payment clears.

4.2 Author Website Subscriptions: Recurring plans auto-renew until canceled. Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges.

4.3 Payment: We use third-party processors. You authorize charges to your payment method.

4.4 Taxes: You’re responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, GST, etc.

4.5 Refund: Fees non-refundable once work begins. Unused ad spend refunded if we cancel.

4.6 Fee Changes: We may change fees with 30 days’ notice. Changes apply at next renewal.

4.7 Chargebacks: Disputed charges without first contacting us may result in account termination.

Terms start when you use the site. We may suspend/terminate for violations. You may close your account anytime. Sections on ownership, liability, and arbitration survive termination.

We respect IP rights. Report infringement via DMCA notice to our agent. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

All disputes resolved by binding individual arbitration, not court or class actions, except small claims. Governed by laws of [Your State/Country].

8.1 Third-Party Links & Ads: We’re not responsible for external sites, ads, or services linked from our platform.

8.2 Other Users: You interact with other authors/readers at your own risk. We don’t vet users.

8.3 Mature Content: Site may display mature book genres. Users must be 18+ to view. We may label/filter content.

8.4 Release: You release us from claims related to third parties or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid in past 3 months.

Services provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee sales, reviews, rankings, or specific results from promotions. You use the site at your own risk.

What we do: We promote your book through listed channels like social media posts, email newsletters, blog features, paid ads, or influencer outreach.

No guarantee of results: Promotion increases visibility but we cannot guarantee sales, reviews, bestseller status, or media coverage.

Author materials: You must provide cover image, blurb, ISBN, links, and any ad copy. Materials must be yours or licensed for use.

Rights: You confirm you own all rights to the book and promotional materials submitted.

Content restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse books with plagiarized, illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.

Genres accepted: Specify which genres you promote and any you exclude.

Payment: Full payment required upfront before campaign starts, unless a custom agreement is made.

Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we cancel before starting, full refund issued.

Ad spend: If package includes paid ads, clarify whether ad budget is included in fee or billed separately.

Start date: Promotion begins within X business days of receiving all materials and payment.

Turnaround: Deliverables like posts, articles, or ad reports will be completed by dates stated in the package.

Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, or by late/incomplete materials from you.

Accurate info: All book details, links, and claims must be accurate and not misleading.

Availability: Book must be available for purchase on stated retailers during promotion period.

Communication: Respond to approval requests within 48 hours to avoid delays.

Platform changes: We’re not responsible if social media platforms, Amazon, etc. change algorithms or reject ads.

Limitation of liability: Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service.

No exclusivity: We may promote other books, including similar titles, at the same time.

Cancellation by you: May cancel before work starts for full refund, minus any processing fees.

Cancellation by us: We may refuse/cancel service for breach of terms, with refund for unrendered work.
